Product Description

1.Application:
Suitable for FEP(also called F46),PFA and ETFE(also called F40) fluorine plastic high-frequency cable and coaxial cable extrusion production.
2. Machine Features:
1) Widely used: Suitable for FEP/PFA/ETFE insulation of micro-fine coaxial cables and high frequency signal transmisssion cables;
2) High precision: The overall precision design from payoff to take-up, on-line tension remains stable, ensure the continuous and smooth extrusion of the core wires;
3) High quality:  Concentricity of extrusion: over 95%, OD tolerance: ±0.003;
4) Precise temperature control: Adopt SCR power controller with imported high-quality temperature control meter and full cast copper heater to ensure thant the temperature is controlled within ± 1 ºC;(plus and minus one degree centigrade)
5) Easy operation: Exclusive use of newtopp dedicated industrial creen, both provide the interface of chinese and english, automatic control, easy operation;
6) Save place: Adopts integrated design and beautiful appearance, combines traditional pay-off, tension, preheating and straightening into one , combins capstan and takeup into one with box structure,  the overall length will be reduced by more than 5 meters.
