1. Application:
Suitable for extrusion production for FEP(also called F46),PFA and ETFE(also called F40) fluorineplastic high-frequency cable and coaxial cables.
2. Machine Features:
1) Used Widely: Used in insulation extrusion for micro-fine coaxial cable or high-frequency single transmission wire and cale etc.
2) Steady productivity: Optimize design of the screw, make it durable, non coated chrome worn down, non conglutination, productivity steady;

4) Temperature control precise: Adopt SCR power controller or solid-state relay(SSR) , with imported high-quality temperature control table and copper casting heater, temperature zone of machine controlled within ±1ºC;
5) Operate easily: Exclusive adopted NEWTOPP specialized touch screen, both provide chinese/english operation interface, auto-control and auto-feedback, operate easily;
6)Save place: Adopting integrate design,combined the traditional preheater, straightening, accumulator, capstan, meter-counter and sparker into one, overall length will be reduced more than 5 meters.
