1.Application:
Suitable for FEP(also called F46),PFA and ETFE(also called F40) fluorine plastic Teflon high-frequency cable and coaxial cable extrusion production.
2. Machine Features:
1) Used Widely: Used in insulation extrusion for micro-fine coaxial teflon wire or high-frequency single transmission wire and cale etc;
2) Steady productivity: Optimize design of the screw, make it durable, non coated chrome worn down, non conglutination, productivity steady;
3) High quality: Concentricity:over 93%; OD tolerance:±0.002;
4) Temperature control precise: Adopt SCR power controller or solid-state relay(SSR) , with imported high-quality temperature control table and copper casting heater, temperature zone of machine controlled within ±1ºC;
5) Operate easily: Exclusive adopt NEWTOPP Teflon specialized touch screen, both provide Chinese/English operation interface, auto-control and auto-feedback, operate easily.
