2) High productivity: Optimize the design of screw, make it durable, chromeplate non worn down, non conglutination, color-change quickly, high speed, high output.
3) High quality: Concentricity:over 93%; OD tolerance:±0.005mm.
4) Temperature control precise: Adopted SCR power controller or solid-state relay(SSR) , with imported high-quality temperature control table and copper casting heater,
temperature zone of machine controlled within ±1ºC.
5) Operate easily: Exclusive adopt NEWTOPP Teflon specialized touch screen, both provide Chinese/English operation interface, auto-control and auto-feedback, operate easily.
