Used in double-layers or multi-layers insulation extrusion for micro-fine conductor, insulation material for each layer can be the same or different.

1) Steady productivity: Optimize design of the screw, make it durable, non coated chrome worn down, non conglutination, productivity steady.
2) High quality: Concentricity:over 93--97%; OD tolerance:±0.002
3) Temperature control precise: Adopt SCR power controller or solid-state relay(SSR) , with imported high-quality temperature control table and copper casting heater, temperature zone of machine controlled within ±1ºC
4) Operate easily: Exclusive adopt NEWTOPP Teflon specialized touch screen, both provide Chinese/English operation interface, auto-control and auto-feedback, operate easily.
