1.Application:
Suitable for jacketing extrusion of power wire, computer wire, data cable and high frequency cable etc.
2. Production line constitute:
Pay-off, Main machine,Electric control cabinet, Fixed trough, Movable trough, Capstain machine, Take-up.
Optional parts: spark tester, diameter tester, LSZH screw, gantry type pay-off and take-up, end-shaft pay-off and take-up.
3. Machine Features:
1) High productivity: Optimize the design of screw, make it durable, chromeplate non worn down, non conglutination, color-change quickly, high speed, high output.
2) High quality: Concentricity:over 93%; OD tolerance:±0.005mm.
3) Temperature control precise: Adopted SCR power controller or solid-state relay(SSR) , with imported high-quality temperature control table and copper casting heater,temperature control within ±1ºC.
4) Operate easily: Exclusive adopt NEWTOPP specialized touch screen, both provide Chinese/English operation interface, auto-control and auto-feedback, operate easily.
